Who is Eligible for a Cheque?
The 15 insurance companies studied all of their 1998 insurance policies to create a list of households eligible for a $50.92 cheque.
This list was used to mail the $50.92 cheques and match change of address data to a 1998 insurance policy on the LIST.
Who will not get a cheque?
Any person/address not on the LIST cannot receive a cheque.
Any person who submitted a change of address but for whom we could not find a matching 1998 name/address/insurance policy; cannot receive a cheque. A match is required, no exceptions.
We are unable to add to or delete any names from the LIST.
